Before using your RADAR Key, it's advisable to check if the accessible toilet is vacant. While most accessible toilets can be locked from the inside, there may be instances where the door is left unlocked by accident.
It's important not to make assumptions about who should or should not use an accessible toilet, as not all disabilities are apparent to others. Various conditions, both visible and invisible, may necessitate the use of such facilities.
Please refrain from using accessible toilets unless you or the person you care for has a genuine need. Doing so may hinder individuals with disabilities from accessing facilities that are essential to them, potentially causing discomfort, distress, or embarrassment. For this reason, we only provide RADAR Keys to verified cardholders.
